Hmm interesting. She does seemed to be stressed about something. Just some things to try .... Full disclosure - I am not a professional lol.
1. Try misting the tank earlier so you frogs are still asleep. This might help reduce her stress overall and maybe help you see what is actually bothering her....
2. Cover all sides of the tank except one. You can use something as simple as paper or you could paint the sides of the tank. This will help all the frogs feel more secure.
3. When I observe our frogs I find that if I sit in front of the tank and don't more to much they will eventually get use to be being there and will go about their normal business. It is the sudden movements we humans make that can trigger them to freak out. This might help you observe her (and them) without unintentionally causing them more stress.
Did something get removed from the tank that maybe she used all the time? I may be giving frogs to much credit, but they seem to pick a plant or rock or something that is "theirs" and use it all the time.....
