Need to ensure the day temp. is 82-84F with a few degree drop at night. Low temps can induce permanent kidney and lymph heart damage which will result in bloating symptoms and a short life.
4 days without poop for a Pacman is within normalcy. Would not worry unless week and a half or two weeks go by. When they change burrow is time to check around the old one for a buried poop.
It would be good to supplement it's diet with not dyed night crawlers (from Walmart or local bait shop). Can cut them same as frog's length until it's 3.5 in., then can feed whole ones. Good luck!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
K so I covered half the top with a price of cardboard and black duct tape to bring the temp up

It sometimes takes awhile for them to get used to worms. Try rubbing the worm against his lips.
