Right ive done my research im not a pro but its a very common problem very rare for a pacman to breach its leg.. it's an infection due to lack of calcium is there large mass around that leg i would take him to the vet to make him poop you want to put him in a bowl or anything that holds water 1.add shallow Luke warm water 2. Add one drop of honey and mix let camo soak for 15-20 mins hope i could help i dont want u to lose him !! good luck
