Hi, I am new to this forum. I am looking for some information on tree frogs which have been obliterated from our area due to construction and filtering of the water source thus killing the tads. I believe they were Baja tree (chorus) frogs. I'd like to find some tads or adults. Got no help from F&G.

Searching in local government (Herp Atlas, Natural Resources, Fish & Wildlife) or educational websites (Natural Science colleges) might provide some answers in regards to frog repopulation. I'm sure there are laws you do not want to break in your endeavors. That search might also offer info regarding where are present populations and their reproductive cycle to try and collect tads. Thanks for your reply. I will do that. Fish and Game won't repopulate though. Said they aren't "endangered Species."
