I don't know if they are. I have zilla power center for my frogs. Its weird because
i came in and only my frogs stuff
and our cable boxes had been affected. the clock on our oven didn't even reset. But it wasn't raining then, it's not raining now and theres no rain scheduled till tomorrow for my town.

Lightning was likely the issue. Did you try your stuff in a different outlet? The surge protected strips will stop working and you need to get new, but it should still protect your stuff. Is the outlet overloaded that a breaker may have tripped?

Tried out the different outlet. Thank God the mister turned on! That thing was 130$. But the lightbulbs and heat mat still don't work

GRRRRRRRRRR They wrote "Customer not available or business closed" !!!!!!!!!! UPS and USPS both made it here this morning plus the parking lot next business over is accessible and they could have walked over!

After arguing with customer service online who said they would not redeliver under any circumstances, they put me through to our local fedex who has no problem doing a redelivery sometime in the next 2 hours. I told them I would meet her on the road if necessary as it's only about a 50 foot walk from my building. The flooding is right at the entrance of the parking lot so it's not completely inaccessible by any means.
