I have had to evict my frogs from my big tank and strip it back to basics as amongst other things the pump housing had fallen apart and the water course had sunk leaving the substrate sitting in water! I have now repared everything with aquarium sealant how long should i wait before putting everything back together? The work was only completed today, everything appears dry but I know sealand needs to be left. Normally if im building a whole tank it takes so long to do everything this is hardly an issue. There isnt much sealent just a repair to the pump housing and some work to stabilise the stream. The frogs are hasseling me chirping and calling to get back in lol!
24 hours, minimum. Rushing may just lead you down the same path again. You could have glued the housing back together with super glue and put it together immediately though.
