Dead.....red light!!!!!

Hello all! There is a campground near us where we go (Not the other camp i was talking about) a lot. I was wondering how to keep the toads from going into the pond because the cholinate it. Thousands of tadpoles have been found there dead, and hundreds are there before it gets cholinated. HOW TO I KEEP TOADS FROM GOING IN THERE!

I am no expert in this but I would think the only way to really keep toads out with be a physical barrier like a fence around the pond. Maybe they could stop making the pond toxic to wildlife.. :|
