I have the glass panels on the top screens of the tank and it stays about 70% humidity. I haven't set up my misting system yet but I'm sure that will bump it up quiet a bit. The only ventilation is the vent strip at the bottom of the tank. I have a fogger I can run as well.

The fogger will be great. As for misting I used to use a automatic misting system, but have since moved to hand misting all my tanks. I feel like it gives me better control of how wet I keep the tank. It also lets me be more hands on with the tanks daily.
Sounds like you have everything firmly under control. You are going to love the Darts. They are so much fun to watch go about their day.
