    I used a fan on my tank that I just finished over the weekend. It only took 24 hours before the vinegar smell was completely gone. Then again, I had no great stuff in there and the silicone wasn't especially thick anywhere. I personally would not use any heat to try to dry it out in case of warping. I would guess, if you did multiple layers of silicone and the layers underneath were not fully cured before adding the next layer, it's probably going to take a bit of time for the moisture to work its way out.
