Default This is a first.. help!

Noticed yesterday, after my girl's secondary misting, that her mouth is now slightly warped. Ever since I went away for a week in February, leaving her to the mercy of my roommates (it was an emergency and the only thing I could do..), I noticed she's had shaky muscles and twitching. She was never much of a climber and preferred her food literally handed to her.. but lately she's been having more shakes and now this.

I have and have had many frogs in my life. She's the first Cuban.
Have had her for a year, since she was a baby.
She's in a 20 gallon tank to herself that stays around 81 degrees. It has held pothos for a long time. A few weeks ago I introduced a safe seasonal and safe ivy.
Crickets are bought specially dusted and fed as needed (roughly 3 times a week. She'll eat about 2-3 depending on size.)
I give a nice misting to the tank twice a day. She has her pool to soak in when she wants.
I hold her about once a week or when she demands to be held.
She's not much of a climber but still is able to when needed.
She is not impacted. Honey bath makes her poop within a minute or two.

I wonder if it's MBD? I can't find anything on Cuban Tree Frog health wise and vets around me refuse to see her; I'm kind of tackling this blind. My other frogs are fine, even.

It does look like mtb, but i think there is more going on.
Are supplementing with vitamins? Is she eating ok? You said you are dusting crickets, with what?

How long did you leave her for, do you know what your roommates were doing to her, were they feeding and what?
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
