I have bought 2 Red Eye Tree frogs and 5 Mantella Betsileo from them and each time was a pleasant and easy experience. I would deff recommend them to anyone who asked!

I've dealt with LLL Reptile for supplies. They're legit. Easy to get a hold of, well managed. From what I understand, Backwater has a fairly negative reputation. You also might take a look at First Choice Reptiles. They have a lot of very unique animals I don't really see often elsewhere, and based on my research and experiences with them, they're legit. They can be a little tough to get a hold of because they're a somewhat small operation in their staffing, but they're good about getting back to people.
Having been to most of the LLL locations in person I can say that they take amazing care of there animals. I've gotten several animals from them including pacs and they are always healthy.
Backwater reptiles does not carry their animals on site. You order through their site and they tell their dealers to send it to you. They can not insure that the animals are healthy and in a lot of cases people get the wrong animals.
I've never heard anything negative about lll here or anywhere else, so myself i would not hesitate to order from them, but backwater is a different story. May be their attitude changed since i was around here more often, but i dont remember hearing anything good about them ever.
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
Thanks ya'll.
