I haven't ordered from LLLReptile yet but am looking to in the near future. I've asked them several questions and gotten nothing but very friendly timely responses. They seem to know what they're doing and I look forward to ordering from them. I have seen many many many bad reviews for backwater reptile though. Someone correct me if they've had a good experience through them, but as far as I've seen online, I would not risk making a purchase from them.
