I work at a small, local pet store and in January I was checking the feeder fish to make sure there were no dead ones in the tank and noticed a tiny black tadpole in with the feeder guppies (about the size of a pea). I didn't want the little guy to get sold as food on accident so I brought him home with me to my 10 gallon tank that was only occupied by 2 mystery snails to give him a better shot at surviving. It took him a few months but by mid May he was a fully developed frog. He's super healthy and happy, I just can't for the life of me figure out what kind of frog he is. He is about 2 inches long from nose to bum. I suspect he is a Florida species since our feeder fish supplier is based in Florida. Any help in his identification would be greatly appreciated!

Sidenote: He is no longer in the 10 gallon tank now that he is full grown, he is in a 55 gallon that he has all to himself.
