Hello!
I've been keeping dart frogs for several years and am just beginning to discover the online frog community.

Welcome to the forum. Its good to have you here. When you get a chance post some pictures of your frogs and their homes. We would love to see them. I kept frogs about a year before I checked out the forum. Again, welcome.

Welcome to the forum!
Welcome Jim. I loved your pics.
It's really great to see all the different varieties of frogs and toads that folks are keeping. Although most of my frogs are dart frogs, I've always had an interest in tree frogs and smaller ground dwellerss. I have a tank where I keep several types of local tree frogs as well as a cricket frog. The cricket frog is a male and has a very pleasant call that he typically only uses during the day. However, one of most recent frogs my son caught is squirrel tree frog. We've had her (we thought) for a month before he (it turns out) began croaking incredibly loudly at 3 am. It's the only tank in our bedroom and I haven't been able to catch him to evict him yet.
The little megaphone mouth has awakened us three out of the last four nights.
