Hello and welcome to FF! For such small toadlets, recommend initially keeping them in a quarantine like set-up with damp (dechlorinated tap) unprinted paper towels as substrate. Change those daily until toadlets are feeding and well established, around twice their present size.

Then you can use shredded coco (EcoEarth or Plantation Soil) for substrate and a small ramped water dish filled with dechlorinated tap to toads chin depth.

Agree with Gail in using supplements right away and remember to feed gut loaded (carrots, lettuce, and cherios cereal) insects smaller than the distance between toads eyes. Good luck and hope they start feeding soon !
