White dumpy weird behavior

I have two white dumpy the have been acting weird behavior lately like one has been dig holes and hiding in his hole the other one has been getting thin and thirdly they have been staying near each other alot more. One is also climbing on other ones back. Im not sure if this is them being frog or signs of them wanting to breed \

Are you sure the thin one is eating? There was a time when one of mine kept burrowing in the dirt or underneath his water dish, and I think the temperature or humidity wasn't right.

But someone else might have a better guess.
