Its not shy, pacmans are opratunistic eaters. They sit and wait for food to come to them if it moves they can bite it. He/she probly thought you were food. Mine attacked the feeding tongs all the time. Biting will happen. Its just the wat they are.

Lol yep. I have heard pacman frogs will eat anything that movesJust watch your fingers they could draw blood!
