This article says it in much more detail that I could ever come up with - Frog Forum - Culturing Crickets - Care and Breeding of the Common House Cricket
2.0.3 Hyla versicolor "Eastern Gray Tree Frogs"
2.2.0 Agalychnis callidryas "Red Eyed Tree Frogs"

0.0.3 Dendrobates auratus "Turquoise and Bronze"
    0.0.1 Anaxyrus fowleri "Fowler's Toad"

Yeah, that article seems pretty thorough. One thing I want to add, though, is don't give up on your eggs. Think they should have hatched already? Forgot to mist a day and now everything is bone dry? God knows why, but all of the soil is covered in some sort of fungus, and the eggs seem to be rotting? Don't worry about it. Just pretend it never happened and keep to the plan.

In the beginning, I threw away probably half a dozen egg clutches because I thought I did something wrong. Looking back, I'm confident every clutch would have hatched. Even if you lose 90% of the eggs, the other 10% could still potentially be hundreds.

Also, don't need to do anything fancy for the food. Chicken mash, rolled oats, or several other options work fine, with even less hassle. Water crystals may seem like an extravagance in the beginning, but they are worth it. The sponge/cotton ball method just leads down a gross path...
