what's wrong with my frogs eye??

So I noticed one of my red eyed tree frogs eyes has lost all of its colour. The left eye is still a nice red colour but his right hand eye looks as if someone has bleached it there is no colour anymore. I'm assuming he can still see out of it because it hasn't appeared to affect him, he still eats his food and spends most of his time sleeping like he always has. I would just like to know if it is something to worry about. I have 3 other frogs and none are exhibiting this strange eye bleacing
