Hi everyone,
I'm a relatively new carer for Steve, a Whites Green Tree Frog who I got from the FATS frog rescue group in Sydney, Australia.
Lately Steve has become a bit overzealous with his hopping and is routinely banging into the sides and the roof of his vivarium. It's a big vivarium, he is just an energetic little frog. We just discovered that Steve's nose looks hurt. When we look closely (and zoom in with our macro lens) it looks like he has a little scab.
Two questions: Is there any medicine we can put on his nose? Are there any ways to discourage him from jumping into the vivarium, or at least lessening the impact? The top of the viv is a soft wire mesh and the sides are glass.

! You can use a non-analgesic version of mild anti-biotic like plain Neosporin or similar. Apply to wound with q-tip twice a day and you are good. What size is Steve (length from snout to vent) and what are enclosure dimensions? Can you provide a picture of enclosure? It could be frog is stressed and trying to escape
