I've always been into aquariums so i figured I'd give a vivarium a shot so I'm starting
this thread so please feel free to throw in any input or questions. I'm using the 18x18x24 exo terra
terrarium with lexan cut to fit the top for a small group of dart frogs maybe 4-5 with all live plants
And a small waterfall. I've been researching for awhile and startd picking up all the stuff i need here's a picture
of what I have so far.
Update: well 2 days and I'm done here's some pictures.
All I have left to do is get plants I was thinking a fern and
a cool orchid but what else? Help
ok, here's some pictures of my weekend build I was trying to post pictures from my phone
but was not working well.
just need to get some plants and then some frogs.
Looks great, are you going to use any substrate in the water section?
No, I put some sand in the bottom but thats it I was thinking of putting some rocks in the water for the frogs to sit on.
All planted and ready for frogs!
Looks good. What are you using for substrate besides lfs?

Thanks,I used the hydo balls then eco earth in some areas then spag moss on top in some areas I used just spag moss. I'm getting ready to do a new
exo terra 36x18x36 and I will not use the eco earth again this time I will only use spag moss on the hydo balls.
There is no nutritional value for the plants in either the Eco earth not the lfs. Do you have any plans on how you are going to feed the plants?
