Culturing Locusts assistance needed!

Hi, I have been trying to culture locusts as at present I have a large requirement for ones which are newly hatched so no need to grow them on but my problem is they are just not laying eggs! Spending vast amounts of time piggybacking I have seen at least one trying to mate not sure if he was successful but still no eggs does anyone have any suggestions? They are at 32 to 35 C (90 - 95f) in the day and about 30c (86f) or slightly less at night. The laying medium is a mixture of sand and coco soil moist but not wet it holds its form and is soft. I am feeding a bran food for locusts and a mixture of grass and dandelions which they seem to be enjoying. They have become really strong and feisty one bit me an drew blood but that is not important. I would just love any suggestions as to what is wrong any help gratefully received Jay
