Exo-Terra Combination Digital Thermo-Hygrometer - RESET?

I am using the Exo-Terra Combo meter as in the title and the readings are stupidly off... I have dried it out, left the battery out for 2 minutes and still no luck... apparently it is 60 Degrees Celsius (135F) in the palm of my hands... and 55 in my Viv with only a Exo-Terra Heat mat mounted on the side of the Viv.

Is there a way to reset or re-calibrate the meter?

Contact ExoTerra or return it - that sounds defective, and not something that can be reset.

I will try and contact Exo-Terra then as it is passed the 30-day money back from the eBay member I bought it from.
