    Default Red runners?

    I was wondering if red runner roaches would be ok as a staple diet fore fbt?

    As long as roaches are not larger than distance between frog's eyes it should be OK. Same as with crickets, roaches have to be gut loaded with a cereal like cherios or oats and also offered treats of orange slices, lettuce, and carrots. Good luck !
    Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !​

    Hi,

    I feed red runners to my toads occasionally. I´m not sure if they are the perfect staple food, but as long as they are small enough, the toads are crazy about them
