Default extraction of baby toads to change substrate.

Any ideas on how I could extract baby toads out of an aquarium so I can change out their substrate? I have about 150 or so and they are still to small for me to try to extract by hand without risk of hurting them, they are just about at the stage where they don't need as much water. I also believe that the substrate is too moist for them.

What about putting a cup in there and trying to shoo them into it?
