Glad to hear that he is doing well. Probably just needed to calm down the stress level after being moved into a new home. I personally wouldn't ever bother doing pinky mice even if you can. My toads were more than happy with earthworms, red wigglers, meal worms, crickets, and occasional wax worms. If you get wax worms, keep them a treat, they are high in fat, low in nutrition. If you can, I'd get something to start measuring temps and humidity.

thx! he really seems to like the crickets best.he is starting to not really eat the worms, but loves the crickets and pill bugs.
i'm happy about that.
i collected a nice bag of worms to feed him. he likes hiding out in the rocks. i'll try to take a picture of his terrarium and put it on my blog.
anyway, i hope your frogs/toads are doing great!!
