Too small babies?

Hello everyone!

I recently adopted two new FBT babies. As adorable as they are, I'm worried about their health. They hunt fine, and appear to be healthy and lively, but they are INCREDIBLY small! I was told that they are both 13 months old, but one of them is about an inch, while the other is just under an inch. Are they too old to be this small? I was told that they were living in small plastic containers for homes (the breeder had tons of froglets and wanted to avoid bullying) so I'm wondering if the small enclosure contributed to their small size. So I guess I have 3 questions.

1.) Are they too old to be as tiny as they are?
2.) Is it too late for them to grow to a full FBT size? (I'd like to eventually place them with my other FBT's)
3.) Is their small size due to a too small home?

They are now in a ten gallon vivarium, eating small crickets.

Normally FBTs reach their adult size in 6-12 months, also its normal for them to be 1.6 inches (4.1cm) so the small container probably stunted their growth.

Is there anything I can do to help them grow to a normal adult size? I'd like to eventually place them with my other FBT's.
