This frog I found is black very tiny and has white spots on its belly. It looks to be juvenile. But it may also be a dart. I'm not quite sure.

After looking through the internet, my best bet is that its an Oak Toad. However some frogs look very different when they are juveniles from when they are older. You'll have to wait a few months to get a clear answer. Sry

Cant find smaller ones in the pet store, try online. They have all sizes. But they do ship a lot at one time. You could also try breeding the crickets.

Hula painted frogs only live in Israel. I don't think thats your frog. He or she is just too small to know for sure

Being a baby it is really hard to ID. I would let it go.
Its also 100% not a dart frog and likely some sort of toad. Or something in the Rana Genas
The only problem is once you take an frog out of its habitat they websites I look on like save the frogs says to not return it to the wild
