Obviously, a hang on back filter won't work with this application. Canisters do work, but they take a lot of creativity and patience to prime, but it can be done. If you are using a false bottom, you can definitely hide a submersible filter under the false bottom. Another option is drilling the tank. There are several ways you can set the tank up if you are drilling it, depending on what filter you want to use. Drilling it just above you water line allows your intake to be lower in the tank, making the filter easier to prime. Drilling lower than your water line makes priming the pump much easier, but requires the use of a bulkhead and a little custom plumbing. The bottom of a 75 cannot be drilled due to them normally being tempered glass.
