Default Hi from the Florida panhandle!

Hi all, just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a frogohollic. I keep dart frogs only so far, but I love all frogs, my favorite being glass frogs. It seems that I'm the only one in my area who even keeps exotic frogs. I'd like to hear from u if you live in my area, or if u don't id still like to meet everyone I'm looking forward to meeting other frog happy people like me!

Thanks Angus and Agnes are adorable! I have 4 dart kids so far. Fluffy, the bumblebee dart, Blue, the azureus, and 2 froglet imitators that have yet to be named or photographed (I'm trying to be a good mom and not stress them). Blue is my avatar pic. The attached pic is one of my favorites. It looks like they are talking.

Thank you! Poison darts are so beautiful! I have a nice big 35 gallon tank that Im saving for darts. But I'm a little "resource impaired" if you know what i mean so the darts will have to wait! The reptile show is coming to my town though with "below wholesale prices" so maybe ill have a chance! I had said i would get AMFs next before but now I'm torn between those and every species of frog in the world!

We are fine, lots of detestation south of us though. Thanks for asking Eli, if you want darts, you should first try mastering fruit fly culture. It took me a while to get it right, and the pet stores aren't always a reliable source of small food. Also, its a good idea to talk to other dart owners before u buy from a reptile show. Some vendors aren't trustworthy and don't have healthy animals. I am also low on funds. If this wasn't the case my house would be a vivarium!

Thats good to know. Ill be sure to be careful. I have 5 empty tanks in my garage along with some basic supplies for "emergencies" come on, we've all had those moments where we saw something that we just had to have and we bought it! At least im prepared for my impulse buys My first frog was an impulse buy and she didn't last too long Thanks for the advice!
