If she is passing poop then that means that her gut is only
partially blocked if at all. Is her swelling evenly distributed or is she only
swollen on one side? You can try feeding again maybe one or two and
keep watching her closely. If she poops again then the passage simply
cannot be blocked completly.

She appears to be evenly swollen. I will try to feed her again tomorrow. Thank you so much for the advice!

Im either going to sound like a complete genius here or a complete noob. Is it possible that she has eggs? It os spring. I don't want to get anyones hopes up or anything. Does she live with males?

Just an update on my girl: She seems to be doing much better now, the swelling seems to have gone down and her belly is now totally even. She also still has a huge appetite! I placed her back into her original enclosure with her two buddies, but I'll be keeping a close eye on her. Thank you to everyone who helped me!!!
