I have a lot of plants, and river rocks, nothing pebble sized though--all rocks are bigger than her. I do worry about her substrate, coconut fiber, because whenever she eats she gets a bunch of it in her mouth and has to wipe it away. I've only fed her crickets within the past few months or so.
Whatever came out of her was kind of hard, and not slimy. I have her quarantined right now, I will wait for a few days.

By the way, I just fed her a cricket to see if she'd take it, and she did! She jumped after that thing so quickly. Is this a good sign?
