Please help!

I fed my FBT's crickets just a couple of days ago, and since then I've noticed that one of them doesn't look right. Her belly seems much bigger, and rounded out on the sides. I felt her belly, and it didn't seem hard, but at some points it does look lopsided (depending on how she's sitting). I put her in a sepearate enclosure so I could see if she poops, and now today when I went to check on her, I noticed something hanging out of her rear. I can't tell if it's poop or not, but it's just hanging there! It almost looks like a worm, but isn't moving.
