Waxy monkey advice please !

Hey guys ,
I just signed up on this website I found on google so I'm new on here .
I have a waxy monkey and I think it's sick..
I had my waxy monkey for 2 weeks now and today I just noticed his coloration changed. It's
not as green he use to be. I read up on some forums about having dark backgrounds and that I do have like a tile bark. He's in a 30g alone and the temp is 87.9f right now as we speak. I keep the light on at night when I go to work and turn it off when I come home . My frog had his light 12-13 hrs daily . I use coaco fiber and have live plants . Mother in law tongues also a heat pad stick on to the back of tank to keep his tank warm.
My lights I use for him is 13W reptile tropicalUVB 100
My frogs back is bit brownish is he sick , not happy?? . If you want to send me a private message . I be happy to chat more and your expertise advice is much appreciated . Thanks a bunch
