So I just noticed her claw bled a lil the other day so I cleaned it up. Now the claw looks way longer than the other and the end of the toe is bluefish blackish so I remove claw?
If it bled there was broken skin and now it appears there is an infection. Recommend apply a topical plain non-analgesic antibiotic twice a day (bacitracin, neosporin, or silver based stuff). Not sure if claw can be saved or not.
Also, look at enclosure and remove any decor where it's claws can get caught or hurt. Good luck!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
The claw came off found it outside her hide and I've ordered zoo med healing aid (antiseptic for wounds thermal burns etc) oh well it doesn't affect her but I feel sorry for her, thanks for reply mentat, just got to sort out that stuck shed on her nose
