I've been in this situation plenty of times with red eyes. I have had shipments of them a few times and it always stresses them out to the point were they won't eat or even wake up. The best thing to do is nothing. Cover ALL sides of the tank even the front you checking on him alot will just stress him out further. If he cant see you he will calm down but it takes time. His light should be very dim, bright lights will add to the stress, don't even use a light if the room is bright enough. Keep him in a quiet place. Don't put any crickets in there just yet they will stress him out too he probably won't even wake up right now at night so there's no point he won't eat them and they could bite him. The scratches will be from the shipping one of mine was really bad they pushed holes into the container from the outside in so the airholes were sharp inside and cut all his back he healed quickly without any help. It took 2 weeks before he did anything and i was constantly checking getting up in the middle of the night and he would never wake up sometimes he did just to soak in his dish but he would go right back to sleep. So don't try feeding until he has woken up within a couple of hours of the lights going out. Stop misting him too that will stress him too. People worry way too much about humidity with these guys. I get very dry winters here so my tanks will naturally fall to 30% and mine are fine they will soak and retain water so they never dry out from low humidity. I was treating one with baytil once and thats a medicine that dries up the sink ALOT she looked so wrinkly and dry but once she woke up and soaked for a bit she was back to normal. So again dont over stress about humidity when he gets back to normal start lightly misting the tank after the lights go off.
I just learned a trick recently on perking up lethargic frogs. Its a homemade pedialyte solution. 500ml distilled water with 1/2 tsp aquarium salt (regular salt has other things added thats bad) and 1 tsp sugar. Boil some water and add a very small amount in a bowl or container that hasn't come into contact with soap or chemicals. Add the sugar and salt and stir with a stir stick or something that hasn't come into contact with soap or chemicals keep mixing until its dissolved remember only a very small amount of boiling water your making a syrup here. Then pour the syrup into your 500ml of distilled water (maybe a splash less than 500 cos you used water to make the syrup) then shake it up so a water bottle is best. You can either mist him directly with it or for best results soak him in it for 10 minutes. It will give him any energy boost. Make a fresh batch everytime as the electrolytes become inactive after a while. I wouldn't try that until next week though. I just recently tried this with one of my frogs and it worked really well. You can do this once everyday until he eats on his own.
