I know some Bufo can hybridize, so would it be safe to say that different species could be safely housed together? I'm thinking American, Woodhouse, Fowler's, and the Great Plains toads in particular, so the habitat is all roughly equivilant.
Oh, and off the topic, but I saw a video where someone grew crabgrass in his tank. I could see it being annoying for feeding, but as I mostly hand/tong feed (with a few rogue crickets left in for surprise hunting), it shouldn't be a big concern. She seems to prefer the open, plain areas of her tank, I often feel torn between her comfort and aesthetics. If anyone's willing to critique it, I might take a few photos of the tank and see if there's anything that could be changed.
