Another question though.. does anyone know if it is safe to put crotons and or Poinsettias into a RETF vivarium? I know that when broken they can be harmful to frogs but I've seen a couple of vivs with them.

Frog vivs are far too high humidity for a poinsettia in the US, i believe. Crotons are okay for smaller species or those that are not heavy enough to snap a leaf. Though they are woody and their overgrown roots may present a problem over some time. Like euphorbias, dischidias also have an irritating sap but they are still considered safe for use on frog vivs. Depends on how adventurous your frog is really if he/she is a clumsy fella
