    Hi Kipper,
Yes, I agree, that size is too small for a whites to be happy...
But, that size makes a great quarantine tank, so you should definitely keep it.
The minimum size to keep you frog happy would be (imo) a 45x45x60 cm tank. One or two whites will be comfortable in that size. But, bigger is always better when it comes to whites. They love to clown around and jump around quite a bit. So I would recommend getting the biggest size you can that fits your budget.
If you haven't already, read the care sheet for white;s: Frog Forum - White's Tree Frog Care - Litoria caerulea
The man who wrote the article is the one who got me going with my white's. It is a very sound article on how to get started.
I'd get rid of the moss, white's love to dive bomb their food and moss poses a risk for impaction.
You'll want to make sure you have plenty of climbing space for the frog(s), branches, plants, etc. And prepare them for the enclosure by cleaning well with water.
White's are so wonderful. They are so funny and big eaters. I have to say that even though one is not supposed to favor one child over the other (my frogs are my children too!), but I have much more fun with my whites than I do my red-eye.
Have fun, and research a lot. This is a great place for answers.
