I am not a vet so I can't really tell you.
At this stage a vet does not need to see the animal. Call around and find one that will do a fecal exam. They will then instruct you on how they want the sample collected and brought in.
For people that have trouble finding vets it is much easier to just learn how to do it yourself.
Quite honestly I would love to be able to learn how to do fecal exams, measure medicine quanitity to be given to said animal, etc. Rather than wasting my time on these incompetent boobs(<--this isnt a bad word right? I heard it means idiot xD). I been looking over yellow pages vet after vet. So I will find one that just treats general and knows how to do fecals.
BTW. This is a stupid question...but.... DO i need a microscope? If I do whats a good affordable one thatr would work for this? Also, who can teach me how to do fecal exams and just examining? This would be for my own personal practice only. So no worries on me curing other peoples animals. XD
Yes you need a microscope. Here is an article on fecal exams.

They should be able to point you in the right direction in finding a good affordable vet.
You should be able to join them.
