    Default Removing caulk from wood?

Wanna reuse the wood from back ground for my new one. But it has parts that are covered with silicone foam and coco fiber. Any easy way to get it off? I've heard baking it works.

Just rub it briskly with your hand. Or you can use a razor blade, even a scotch brite pad. I'm thinking baking silicone is not very good for your (and anyone else in the house's) lungs.

Should that work for the spray foam as well?

Spray foam may need a razor blade or pocket knife and possibly some sand paper.
