Where to acquire a piebald acf ?

Hi all,

SO basically I have been wanting a piebald acf for a few years now , I know they are rare but does anyone know where to possibly get one ?? I tried xenopusexpress but they do not have any now. I was supposed to get a beautiful one a few years ago and plans fell through

If you really want one,I would keep communicating with xenopusexpress ,let them know how serious you are about it.see if they'll take a down payment and put you on a waiting list.its going to be a wait,but with persistence and patience you will get what you want..

My piebald is from Xenopus Express. Like Ted said, stay in touch with them and hopefully they will come through. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. I was probably a pain in the butt with all my specific requests and questions, but ultimately I got exactly what I wanted and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. I also got two gorgeous reticulated albinos. When I bought mine (about 2 years ago) they were only selling 3 male piebalds that couldn't be used for breeding. They all had some kind of deformity, missing leg, twisted spine, or such. My guy has a twisted spine and the legs on one side are much shorter. Deformities are common in piebalds. I pay closer attention to him during meal time to make sure he gets his share, but for the most part he does very well.
If they offer you a piebald with some kind of deformity I would encourage you to take it. Unless of course you don't feel prepared to meet the frog's needs. Good luck!

That would probably be the only ACF morph I would have to have.

Really,,,deformed piebalds...is that extraordinary or what?
