    Default Starting all over again

Unfortunately, after sealing the leaky tank twice and water testing it overnight my 29H starting leaking again. Luckily for me, they had one 29 left at Petco and the $1/gal was still on so I picked up another. Im going to move my semi-aggressive aquarium into the 29 and use the 20 for the new frog tank. Hopefully has a pet that doesn't need deep water, trying to sell it on craigslist. Gonna make another background as well. Im going to donate my fire bellies most likely and just keep my GTFs and maybe get a whites possibly. Maintenance will be much easier with a water dish. What I am wondering is it takes several days to make a background. Will my 3 GTFs be okay in a XL pet keeper for a week or so while I make it? its this size but taller Petco Pet Keeper for Reptiles, Amphibians and Insects at PETCO. Thanks

They should be fine in it for a week or two.

Sucks that the tank still leaked though.

It stopped leaking last night... I don't know what to do now. I have something underneath to see if it comes back. I would hate to return the tank and this one starts to leak again. Especially since the sale is over

Well, leaks don't normally repair themselves. I, personally, wouldn't trust it.

Yeah. Kind of like a car never fixes itself, neither will a leak. The leak will just get worse over time.

You're right. I didnt even think about it getting worse.

Still no leak after coming home from work. Is it possible that there was just some trapped water and it really is sealed now? There was a decent amount of water that came out enough to soak the paper towel before it stopped.

Most likely a piece or clump of coco fiber plugging the hole. If that's the case it will probably move or degrade and it will leak again. Only way to be sure is to break the tank down.
