Could shrimp (raw) from the seafood counter be used as food for clawed frogs? I feed shrimp to my fishes, and tried a few pieces with the frogs. They absolutely loved it. I wouldn't use shrimp as a staple food, but would it be ok on occasion?

Precooked unseasoned shrimp is perfectly fine for ACF as a treat, though when I fed this I found it to be quite messy (the frogs tore it with their claws to shreds). I would think that raw shrimp would be OK too, as is raw thawed tilapia which may actually be a better suited treat, because it's a freshwater fish.
Strips of catfish works...
Catfish and raw shrimp both contain thiaminases . Shrimp are ok occasionally if precooked.
Yeah I knew there was a reason I was hestitant to recommend raw shrimp, precooked is what you want to use. Thiaminase is bad news. Tilapia does not contain thiaminase I do not believe (what contains and does not contain thiaminase is really debated still).
Happen to have a decent article right here with a safe and not safe list:
Thiaminase
Not all catfish,,just channels and brown bullheads it says...
