Welcome to the forum, I am in NC also, only have one frog atm
Hello all. I have been on here for a few days now and never really posted an introduction. So greetings from me, Zitz, Pimple, Rash, Bertha, Dopey, Dan, Lily, Walker, Bit, and the many nameless tadpoles. Rash and Dopey are both White Tree frogs with Dopey being the oldest had him for about 4 years now and rash just metamorphed late last year, Lily is a grey tree frog (used to be dan till I learn that the little one could be a female instead of a male), and Pimple, Bertha, Zitz, Dan, Walker, and Bit are all toads with Walker being an Eastern Spadefoot Toad. Yes I know that three of the names are after skin conditions, but I used to love playing the game Battletoads as a kid and still love playing that game on the Sega Genesis. Sadly Dopey hasn't been doing well lately so until he gets better I won't be posting pictures of him, although when I get the chance I will post pictures of the rest.

Welcome! NC is getting represented! I'm in High Point with my 6 fire bellys and 5 greys.
Yeah I like living here in NC, been here all my life. Its nice listening to the frogs and toads sing at night in the country side of the state. I live out by Shearon Harris lake in Holly Springs, NC so I hear them singing quite a bit during the warmer months. High point isn't to far from me I pass through there going out to the mountains every year to go camping. I will try to have pictures up tonight after class of my frogs and toads. Bertha is already up in another thread I made earlier named My toad Bertha.
Here is some pics of my frogs and toads. Forgot to mention I had a barking tree frog, I just call it barker. Also my tadpoles have gotten bigger and should be metamorphing the week after next. I know the water is dirty for them and tomorrow I am going to look into a low flow filter, but for them I have found that pond water does not stagnate as fast as tap water (I live in the country with a well about 300 feet deep with an underground river) so I have been going up to a pond near my house and getting a little bit of it and mixing it with about 25% tap water. The tadpoles seem to thrive in it, I haven't lost any yet since I started mixing in pond water with my well water. In one of the pictures you will see my fully grown spadefoot toad. Sorry for the funky angles of the pictures. XD
