Hi all,
My girlfriends Litoria caerulea has had black spots appear upon it's rear end, there was one that was treated with Baytrill 2.5% which the Vet prescribed but 2 more have appeared.
Now, being both incredibly concerned about my girlfriend and Houdini (Shall explain the name later lol) I have researched and so far I have heard that Neosporin is good for this and Silver Sulfadiazine too for a similar case with RETF on here.
I am normally incredibly good with Amphibia matters but this illness really is puzzling me! As the Baytrill has done bugger all with it.
Many thanks in advance,
Joshua

Hi Joshua,
If you haven't already read through these threads, they're very helpful:

I have used Dr. Frye at the Milan animal hospital. He's sent me the SSd cream via post.
His contact info should be in the links above.
Good luck!

Did they appear or have they always had them? Sometimes it can be a pigmentation thing kind of like a frog freckle lol I know one of mine has a weird looking spot but it's had it for 5 years.
Also mine just nicks and scratches of them all the time and they just heal by themselves.
Oh shoot, Joshua, just saw you're in the UK. Dr. Frye can't ship out of the US. So maybe a local vet can prescribe?
