I've never shipped a frog; but these guys can probably get you a better idea: Ship Your Reptiles - Ship Live Reptiles Easily, Securely and Affordably . Definitely want the fastest FEDEX method (express overnight) and shipping to a hub is better when climate is too cold or hot. In my experience when shipping fish, you do not want to label the box specifying anything alive is inside. Strange humans have the tendency to shake boxes hard or worse when they read those signs .

As far as I know, no delivery system (USPS, UPS, or FEDEX) will insure live animals. The risk is with the sender and normal procedure is that sender will replace animal if it arrives dead (or dies within a certain pre determined period) when receiver was there to sign for animal upon delivery and reports it within one hour. The shipping charges for replacements are normally paid by the buyer. Hope this helps and good luck !
