giant or dwarf?

I need help I got my bullfrog delivered but I'm pretty sure he's a dwarf and not what I order.. not sure on age but he's around 3-3.5"

I only got him Friday! Wasn't supposed to be as dwarf

yea he is a dwarf...but im pretty sure its a male and could still get pretty decent big...i like his look
