    Substrate should be eco earth moistened with dechlorinated water. not distilled. until it is moist and clumps when you pick it up and squeeze it but shouldn't drip water. here is a good guide that should help Frog Forum - Pacman and Horned Frogs - Ceratophrys - Care and Breeding

    I already knew what substrate to use and how to use it.I was asking if I should treat my substrate.
