    Default Live plants?

Hi guys, Sorry if this has been asked before in the past. I want to make my FBT's tank look a bit more colourful, I'm cautious of using fake plants, incase somehow my FBT gets scratched or damaged(I'm a worrywort lol) But I know first hand that live plants work great! I was hoping for something pink or purple(thats the colour of my room) but green, white, yellow ect would work too!
I was also hoping for a moss, I have java moss but I don't think I like it that much, I would like more or an earthy type if moss if that makes any sense at all lol.

I have several purple house plants growing in my kitchen and one in particular that I use in my terrariums. It is a veining plant and grows very well in the frogs habitat. During the day you can't see the purple to clearly unless you get real close to the plant but at night the purple almost glows. It is a very hardy plant and grows quickly even as a cutting. You don't even have to root it first, just stick the end of it in soil and keep moist. The plant is called a Wandering Jew or Inch Plant. Tradescantia Fluminensis or Purple Heat is another of my purple plants, it grows a little more slowly but is also a little sturdier under a tree frogs weight, the wandering jew is kind of fragile but fills out beautifully. The Purple Passion is another purple veining plant you could use, it has soft, fuzzy leaves that are a forest green on top and royal purple underneath (one of my favorite house plants). The purple on this one also nearly glows in low light. The purple Passion need a well lite area, though, with natural indirect lighting. The other two are better choices for a terrarium in my opinion though. Sorry, but I can't think of any pink plants... I hope the others are of interest to you though, all can be found at your local nursery, the purple passion is harder to locate but can usually be found in the early spring at most plant stores.

Oh wow, I really like Purple Passion, that one is beautiful! The Wandering Jew was cool too. Thank you so much, I am going to look into all of these plants!

Glad I could help! : ) If you are going to use the Purple Passion though, I would keep it high in the tank so your FBTs can't get to it. The fuzzy leaves may irritate the toads skin, though I can't be positive... Sorry, maybe I should have left that plant off the list. The others will be fine though.
